These terms apply to the VibeDezi Affiliate Program, which rewards you for referring new customers to VibeDezi.
Eligibility
Any VibeDezi account holder in good standing can join. You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payments by PayPal or bank transfer.
How Commissions Work
When someone signs up through your referral link (tracked by a cookie for the period shown in your dashboard) and buys a credit pack, you earn the commission percentage shown on the Affiliate Program page on the amount they pay, excluding taxes and fees.
A referral is credited to the last affiliate link the customer used before creating their account. Each customer can only be referred once.
Refund Window and Payouts
Commissions are held for a refund window before they become available. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the related commission is cancelled, or deducted from your next payout if it was already paid.
Payouts are sent once a month, by PayPal or bank transfer to the details in your account, when your available balance reaches the minimum payout amount. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for any fees charged by your bank or PayPal.
Prohibited Practices
Self-referrals or referring accounts you control, fake or incentivised sign-ups, spam (unsolicited email, messages or comments), bidding on “VibeDezi” brand keywords in paid search, cookie stuffing, and any misleading claims about VibeDezi.
Sign-ups from the same device or network as the affiliate are reviewed manually. We may withhold or cancel commissions and close affiliate accounts that break these rules.
Changes and Termination
We may change the commission rate or these terms at any time; changes apply to purchases made after the change. Either party may end participation at any time. Approved commissions above the minimum payout are paid in the next payout cycle.
