Failed Generations
Credits are only consumed for successful generations. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.
Unused Credits
You may request a refund for a credit package within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that package have been used.
Used Credits
Because each generation incurs real AI processing costs, credits that have been used are generally non-refundable. If you believe a result was defective, contact support and we will review it in good faith and may restore credits.
How to Request
Email our support team with your account email and order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the related credits are removed from your balance.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
