1. The Service
VibeDezi provides an online, AI-assisted design generation service (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our AI Usage Policy.
3. Credits and Payments
Designs are generated using credits. New verified accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packages. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; changes never affect credits already purchased.
One credit is consumed only when a design is generated successfully. If a generation fails, the reserved credit is returned automatically.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Your Content and Outputs
You keep ownership of the text and reference images you submit (“Inputs”). You grant us a limited licence to process Inputs solely to provide the Service.
Subject to these Terms and the policies of our AI providers, you may use the designs you generate (“Outputs”) for personal and commercial purposes. AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users and may not be eligible for copyright or trademark protection in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for clearing trademarks and other rights before commercial use, particularly for logos.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content, or content that imitates real people, brands or copyrighted characters without permission. See our AI Usage Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. AI generation is probabilistic; we do not guarantee that Outputs will be error-free, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
