Information We Collect
Account data (name, email address, password hash), design inputs and reference images you upload, generated designs, purchase records (we do not store full card details — payments are processed by our payment providers), and technical data such as IP address, device and usage logs.
How We Use Information
To operate the Service, generate designs, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, improve the product, and send transactional emails (such as verification and receipts).
AI Processing
Your prompts, form inputs and reference images are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate designs. According to OpenAI’s API terms, API data is not used to train their models by default. Please do not upload sensitive personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, object storage, AI provider, payment processors, email delivery), when required by law, or with your consent. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete designs at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
